Okay, the first item on the agenda is the issue with activity recently. We know that lives are busy and you have stuff to do, but the thing is, the site does have a plot, and we want to keep moving it forward as much as we can, to get the story going. It's important for those who take canon characters to be more active posting and overall on the site than those without, because those characters are where the plot is based. From this point on we ask that those who have canon characters post at least twice in one week, although more is always encouraged. To enforce this we will send you a warning. We'll give you another week or so to make up for it, but then if you don't post after that, you will be deleted. It is also relative. If you don't owe any posts and are waiting on others it's understandable, as long as you login every day.
Race Ban!
I'm sorry to say it, but we'll have to put forth our first ban. And the ban will be on the elves, except for any canon character. The reason being that there are already plenty of elves around the site, but not much else. We only have a few men for instance, a couple of hobbits, and absolutely no dwarves, or even any of the darker creatures of Middle Earth. We would like to see this balance out a bit. So, in order for the ban on original elves to be lifted, we ask that there be made at least four dwarves. Once this requirement is met we will lift the ban on the elves. Also, something that should be noted, are that we're seeing a lot of elf women who want to fight, and be warriors and that's great. But I do want to point out that most women don't fight in big battles, or at all. Most would be more like Arwen, staying home and waiting for the men to come home, rather than like Eowyn. This is not a ban either, but we do ask that you consider this when making an elf after the ban is lifted.
