Grima's Application!

As you all probably know, Grima is currently King Theoden's trusted adviser. Grima grew up in Rohan but ran away from his overbearing father and overprotective mother at a young age. He was found by Saruman on one of the Wizard's rare journeys away from Orthanc. Saruman raised him and sent him to Rohan as soon as he thought his protege was ready for the big time.

On the outside, Grima is a liar who can never be trusted. He's a very persuasive orator, which is what has kept him safe in Rohan from those few people who suspect that he's behind the King's illness. On the inside, though, Grima isn't as bad as he appears on the surface. If anyone other than Saruman had picked him up, then who knows what he would be like today. He doesn't regret what he's doing right now but he does have his indecisive moments and possibly someone even more persuasive than he is will come along and get him to abandon Saruman and ally himself with the 'good guys.'

Friends--Since he's not a very trustworthy man, he'll have no real friends to speak of; merely acquaintances that he uses and abuses to keep Saruman happy and to keep himself safe in Rohan.

Enemies--Well, all those who live in Rohan and suspect he's up to no good. I can't think of anything more specific than that at the moment but drama is fun, so let me know if you have any concrete ideas here.

Lovers--His eyes are set on Eowyn--the gift that Saruman promised him. All of the other ladies of Rohan can breathe great big sighs of relief because Grima's eyes won't be straying anywhere else.

I do not see much between these two actually, if she were to travel to Rohan to help the Fellowship I do not think she would like him very much though would pity him for his role in all of this, she'd find him to be weak and a coward but no doubt may try to help him find the right path rather than the dark one he is on. You Thoughts?

Eadwyn and Grima

Oh this could be interesting, Eadwyn being the lady in waiting for Eowyn and would do anything to protect her, I don't think she would like Grima at all and would constantly send him in the other direction that Eowyn is in. I can see these two having their arguments and bickering, possibly throwing some threats to one another here and there. Your Thoughts?

Grima & Tari--I'd be all for her trying to help him out if she decides to. I think that would be fun to rp out since we didn't get to see much of that happening in the movies, minus Theoden's attempt in the extended edition of ROTK...ad we all know how that turned out.

Grima & Eadwyn--They definitely won't be getting along with each other at all. I do see plenty of threats being exchange between these two and all of that fun stuff. She'll be a big nuisance to Grima...one that he'll probably think about trying to get rid of once and for all.
