hair, Like most elves of her area she has silver hair or rather known as white hair, in the sun parts glow of gold while in the shadows it flickers of silver. Though her hair is thicker than some it is rather long and naturally wavy curling at the bottom giving it a bounce always seeming to have air fluttering around it.
eyes, Tári has very oval shaped eyes, they are a delicate crystal clear blue like the shallow waters on the shallow sea beds, in the shadows her eyes seem to be a darker blue. When you pay close attention to her eyes you will see the grey near her pupil which is often mistaken as silver.
build and body, Like many elves she is very tall about 5’10ft for a woman, taller than her mother and some other elves but not as tall as the men. She has a small build, very curvy, long and slim. Her skin is pale with very few marks on it. She appears to have a weak body lacking meat on her but is no skeleton she simply struggles putting a build on her but she looks healthy.
anything else, As an elf she has no ink marks, no piercings however she has pointed ears, long fingers and high cheek bones. She has a freckle though on her left ankle. She wears elegant clothing for an elf and will wear a silver crown at times for she is a royal, despite her kingdom having fallen a long time before she could take the throne she is a distant royal to Lothlorien too.
face claim, Taylor Swift.

likes,- Travelling – both to the other elven realms and around as it gives her an insight to how the world is changing and the people with it, it helps her see things more clearly and she enjoys the open air and space and freedom which comes with travelling.
- Singing and Dancing – what elf does not like it, it makes her smile, brings life back, old and young can join in and everyone has such fun not to mention it allows one to be creative and remain elegant instead of becoming rough and on edge.
- The changing of the seasons – seeing the world change can be beautiful and knowing a new season and the start of new life brings joy to her life, though it saddens her to see the end of a season and the death it brings the beauty of something new makes her smile.
- Learning new skills – be it a language, a task or a fighting skill something to keep her hungry mind at bay and clench the thirst, it allows her to become stronger and wiser and people respect her more for it.
- Helping People – she enjoys helping people in whatever way she can be it helping them learn something new, helping them on their way or healing them, she finds great comfort in knowing she has helped someone else when no one else could.
- Swimming and Climbing – the water is something she has loved since a small child and enjoys feeling the cool water over her body just as much as she enjoys climbing trees to look across the world at a different point of view.
dislikes,- War – both among her own people and everyone else, violence, war and death are such horrible things to witness and should not be seen by those young nor old. War breaks people apart and she hates seeing things come to an end.
- The Ring – evil in forms she has not seen in a very long time, she hates the one thing that dares to tare this world apart and bring suffering to those who do not deserve such a thing.
- Abandonment – she does not believe abandoning men is the right course of action. Though she finds man to be reckless she does not think the right choice is to leave and let them live their doom out. She knows her people are leaving for the continuation of their race but it saddens her to see it happening.
- Being Alone – she has lost so many people in her life, some she has loved and others have been good friends, she does not like being alone in this world.
- Lack of Respect – she is rather old and does not like it when people treat her as if she is a child, young and dumb, she gets very defensive and irate when someone disrespects her and will often put them in their spot.
strengths,- Her gift at healing people and what seems the world around her being rather kind and motherly to elves she took up the art of healing from her people and is a healer in Lothlorien working her magic to help others, she has been known to heal some life threatening wounds before.
- Navigation - finding her way around things and out of something is a gift to her, she has studied the land many times and knows how it moves.
- Whispering - as in to the plants and the animals, she has a gift of calming a beast down or making it do as she asks, she has a way of moving the trees and wind when she walks around having learnt many traits of whispering from her father and Lady Galadriel at times.
- Archery - though she has a quick reflex and arm especially when it comes to swords she preffers daggers over swords but her true skill lies with the bow and firing the weapon.
- Language - understanding those around her is something she is good at, sometimes people confuse her and she ends up in a fluster but normally she is translating things and explaining something to people.
weaknesses,- Pain and Death - something elves do not cope with very well but she has seen a lot of death in her time, people she has cared for and loved have died, she was around when the first battles were raging on, she cannot stand the pain that death and war brings.
- Patience - she might be an elf but she is older than many and she hates when people dally on about a topic instead of cutting to the chase.
- Small dark places - cave systems for example are things she will avoid, not having the fresh air on her is not something she likes at all, to be in a tight space or a large one but not have that air and the sky to look at makes her feel suffocated and on edge.
- Authority - she will no doubt listen to her father and Celeborn but when authority is given to her by someone else things tend to get rough as she has this thing about doing as others say and following orders.
- Silence - it's never a good thing when one has such good hearing, when she cannot hear anything things tend to get bad, Tári will often assume something is wrong if she cannot hear a thing as it makes her feel like she is alone in the world.
fears,- Never finding true love {she found love a few times but lost them to war}
- Dying alone
- Elves dying out and not being remembered
- What war might do to her remaining people and those of Lothlorien
dreams,- Finding that one elf to love for all eternity
- To finally watch Sauron fall and the evil wash away from the world
- To see her father once more
personality,
Tári is a delicate elf; she has seen much in her life and is bound to see much more. She has this air about her that lets you know she is important and kind, someone you can trust and yet someone who deserves respect. Tári is someone you can approach and she will welcome you with open arms. She prefers to see the good in people rather than the shadows as she has seen much sadness and darkness in her life she always hopes for the best and the light and as such believes everyone has some form of good inside of them that they can hold onto. She is someone who gives people faith and hope, someone who you can count on to make you feel good about yourself and trusting yourself once again if you had ever given up.
Being several thousands of years old her beauty and knowledge are not all that comes across while she can say some of the simplest things in life or the most complicated you will find she always has a meaning behind her words even if they do seem strange. She is all about making people become aware of whatever it is they need to be aware of, she is always giving lessons out and helped people, she does not let her charm and elegance get in the way and prefers to be seen as intelligent rather than beautiful. When she goes to speak you better shut it and listen up as she hates having to repeat herself and finds it rude to do so. She will often shock you with the things she says but even to this day she does not fully understand the ‘wit’ of man and will still be puzzled by such things.
Tári is a very loyal person, she would never do anything to betray someone, she would do what it takes to protect her people and though she does not like violence and the sight of death she prefers to talk a solution out rather than resort to such extreme measures. She believes all life is extraordinary and people could do great things with their lives given the right chance and timing to do so. She is someone who will not lie to you and will speak the truth, she will not back down from a fight and is known for holding her head high and often smiling trying her best never to take things on to harshly nor does she like to think about things for long periods of time and prefers to come to conclusions quickly though she will take her time to plan something about as she does have patience when needed. Tári however is not someone who’d stab you in the back, the term confuses her greatly but she does not like betrayal.
You’ll find that though she is kind and motherly, a very sweet person and friendly she can be kind but she can also turn into a someone who will raise her bow or sword at you especially if you insult her or her kind as she does not tolerate such behaviour.

lineage, Mainly from Doriath but also Lothlorien.
history,Tári Táralóm was born in the First Age (FA) 519 several years before her half-brothers were born. Tári’s mother however though joyed of the birth of her daughter was very saddened by the loss of her people and family and travelled away where she soon met her future husband and bore him sons and half-brothers to Tári. It was Tári’s father who raised her in Lothlorien as her own kingdom had been destroyed before her birth, her people were at war and it was not something her father wanted his daughter to grow up in.
She was taught beauty and elegance language and pride. It was her Great Uncle Celeborn who taught her the virtues of waht it would be like to run a kingdom and his wife who taught her the skills of magic. Her father taught her many skills of fighting as she grew older still being classed as a child while to man she was an adult. Her early years in life was no easy task. She watched her people go to war, she learnt of her half-brothers but did not meet them for many years. She was only 31 when the King Slaying presented itself and she watched in horror what that brought only to be pushed into her healing gift more for the coming war. She was among some of the women who wished the elven men blessings on their journeys to war and would ride with them to the boundaries before having to return to her own kingdom of Lothlorien.
During the time of the War of Wrath she helped defend the outskirts of her kingdoms and the younger generations, she was taught the more brutal but elegant way of battle constantly by her father’s side during such times. However having the gift to heal others meant she was not placed at the for front but rather towards the back to fight if called but to heal as her main task. She survived the dark times at such a young age when many others did not and she saw as many people left though she stood by Galadriel and remained in her kingdom finally earning the title ‘Lady of Lothlorien’. It was after this war that Amdir rose tot he throne of Lothlorien and ruled throughout it until his dying day of 3434 when his son Amroth took to the throne and remained to rule until the Third Age 1981.
When the First Age came to an end she found it to be rather important to seek out her half-brothers and so she took her first journey from her home and roamed the world seeing many new people and creatures, helping heal the land and bring light into the world once more. When she met her half-brothers she was a bit disappointed but took highly to Elros and did what she could to help her brothers though they were not fully brothers of hers deep down they were and she did what she could when asked. Of course when invited to the rising of a new kingdom she went and watched her brother become the first king of Numenor, it was here she remained for a few hundred years travelling home at season changes to visit her father and family though still thought it important to get closer to her brothers and Elros children. When Elros died around 400 years later she was saddened having lost the first person who she really cared about and she drifted between the realms mourning his death singing many songs about him. It was not long after Elros’s death she left and went home to Lothlorien when she confronted her grief and learnt to move on and be strong once more learning to get to know a distant relative of her’s Celebrian, daughter to her Great Uncle Celeborn and Lady Galadriel, she treated Celebrian as a sister and loved her dearly wishing for the best in her life this caused her to travel from Lothlorien to Rivendell where she got to know Elrond better.
Not many years later she went to the Mirkwood and learn of their customs and sit in on many meetings. She found the realm to be very peaceful and beautiful and became friends with Thranduil or rather they came to an understanding but with evil rising again she was forced to go home and learn more once again and as things got darker she once again was called to arms when needed. To say the least when the War of the Elves was announced and it was made clear they were in war once more she was displeased and concerned. She was often sent to help her brother Elrond on certain tasks to give a female point of view when required and found herself as a passageway or ‘news barer’ as some call it. There were countless times on her travels she was attacked and countless times she was forced to use violence as an outcome. Over the years leading to the war she found herself falling in ‘love’ countless times, her affections growing for one man, in many occasions he would fall in battle or the two would drift apart leaving her to question if she was in love at all.
She watched the founding of Gondor as watched men rise to power, she watched the growing threat and her mother’s brief return to the realm of Lothlorien for a moment, times were not so nice and they only grew darker. In the darkness though she witnessed the alliance between men and elves and witnessed it fall also. She watched from afar the great battle that raged on and how many lives were lost, how some land could not be healed and was left to waist. She was there when her kings fell and when Lady Galadriel and Lord Celeborn rose to the throne of Lothlorien not wanting the that kind of responsibility just yet despite her nobel blood line, she sought no one wiser nor older than Celeborn and Galadriel who could keep this land safe from evil.
Tári was there when Elrond and Celebrian were married, though happy she was also upset to see such a couple, she was there when the twins were born, when Elrond rose to King, she sent of her gift to the young baby Legolas and joined in celebrations of the eleven prices’s born, she mourned Thranduil’s wife’s death. She met a young Bilbo Baggins and travelled the world to learn of the Hobbits more. Many years past and she learnt a great deal of things before once more the darkness that had already destroyed so much had returned once more… well it is returning. She was not there when the fellowship was built but news reached her ears as to who entered it and her heart goes out to the brave souls hoping this time this evil is fully gone. She is 6523 years of age and has little patience to watch more people die because of this evil. From afar she hopes to help and do what she can by helping keep her people and their neighbours the Mirkwood people safe as well.

rp sample, from my site as Helena Peterson::
It was often Helena would go hiking and why not, fresh air and beautiful scenery how could you possibly go wrong by it. She loved living here… when the heat was not too bad though. She remembered hearing about how people would get so hot they would get sunburnt within 30minutes of being in the sun, gosh she’d hate that so much. She was climbing down some rocks when she slipped and landed on her butt using the tree stump as her foot rest so she didn’t fall any further down the track and let out a small whine.
“Ouch…” she mumbled and stood up, if her sister had seen that she’d call her a clumsy fool, so long as she didn’t do it in Cheerleading practice all was good. She simply dusted herself off and made a face that had hurt more than she had anticipated it to as she rubbed her butt for a second and made her way slowly off the rocks under her hoping she didn’t fall again which she almost seemed to when someone suddenly said something, it sounded like her name but was also so different as she jumped in alarm almost falling over again though held her hands out to balance herself before letting out a deep sigh.
Her dark brown eyes looked up to the male voice. He was giving her a weird look, he was cute though, gee good thing the other cheerleaders weren’t here they’d be chasing him like a pack of wolves hunting down a rabbit. Was he a college guy, she’d never seen him before. “Am… Helena” she said smiling a little “Close but also off” she added “Who are you?” she asked curious. Hah, and her sister didn’t want to come hiking today, pity, here she was face to face with a cute guy. Though she had to wondered why call her Elena was it so hard to remember Helena from Elena?
