Sure. I am working now, though -- I'm just staying online to save an unfinished post.

Well, it might be possible to rp these two together. While Espen's from Rohan originally, at some point I was planning him seeking a sort of fresh start in Gondor. As before certain events got in the way he trained most of his life to be a soldier and I can see him turning to work in Gondor's defenses were there a need, or just because he knows it best, or just because there's nothing left to do. This might make for some potential interactions between the two of them. I don't have much an idea in mind as for how they'd actually get on or what they could do though. I'd love for Espen to have a reason not to be apathetic but.. I dont know. Just wanted to throw this out there. If you like/dislike/have an idea anything feel free to. I'm just rambling now x3

Espen && Faramir Wow, this is quite an interesting plot, actually. It really depends on the type of defense Espen will join -- the soldiers of Gondor in the shiny armours (main defense & attack) should be under Denethor's command now that Boromir's on his way to Mordor with le fellowship, while Faramir's in charge of the Rangers of Ithilien. If Espen is any good at, or has potential in, Ranger-style defense qualities, Faramir can take him in as a personal assistant; get me that coffee! trainee (he can stay and guard Henneth Annun until his skills improve to a certain degree).
If they do not have any relatively deep connections (eg: familial woes, etc) to talk about/bond over, I suppose they can at least conversate about Rohan/Rohan-Gondor relations and also what Rohirrim princesses like/want.

-snickers at the personal assistant remark- I actually think Espen would be more suited towards Ranger type defense, definitely. His potential in certain aspects is a lot more than others. He'd be..interesting to work with. A bit of a case in more than one way. (My explaining skills = no. Can you tell?) But he'd do just about anything Faramir said so, take it wherever you'd like. Espen isn't a big talker in general so I can't really see him delving into his personal life unless Faramir asked but if he did, just to make conversation even about Rohan/Gondor, he'd probably provide some things that could get them on more familiar terms and maybe be considered a deep connection. I think that kind of a conversation would probably be the best place to start. (If not, we always have the princesses xD)
