Playby question

Hello everyone,

As you have noticed by my reservation, I am presently working on a Faramir's application, and have run into a problem: Playby.

Since the app already includes the image, I am already faced with the dilemma that while I adored David Wenham in the movie acting-wise, look-wise he just doesn't represent Faramir to me. I wonder if I should still use him as playby because people recognize him, but otherwise in the app and roleplay stick closer to the description given in the books?

Love, as much as I agree with not feeling satisfied by a character's casting in a movie, I feel that it'd be a good idea to use him as a playby. However, as I don't exactly know what the description from the book is, I don't know what to say about the differences between actor and mental image. Could you possibly write it out for me?

Basically, it's mainly the Numenorian lineage coming out more - dark (raven) hair, grey eyes etc. Closer in looks to Denethor and Aragorn in looks.

But I think I might be not such a good fit for the board after all anyway, so I'd like to withdraw my character reservation.
